Frequently asked questions
Welcome to the FAQ section of Sonic Harmonix! Here, we've compiled answers to the questions we receive most often. Whether you're curious about how our virtual sound healing sessions work or what to expect during a session, you'll find helpful information here. We believe in transparency and want to ensure you feel confident and informed every step of the way.
What are the most common questions potential clients ask about virtual sound healing sessions?
The most common questions are: How does this work? Where does this take place? What do I need to prepare for my session?
What makes your virtual sound healing sessions different or better than other options, and what questions do people have about that?
I'm performing live with guitar, bass, and live looping for an immersive experience that's in real time. This is not music playback, this is live frequency + intention in real time.
Are there any specific details about the sessions (e.g., technology needed, preparation) that clients frequently inquire about?
Noise cancelling settings need to be turned off in the virtual platform settings once you join. Microphones need to be muted to keep everyone's space clear from disruption and distraction (this applies to group sessions).
What are the biggest hesitations or concerns people have before booking a session, and what questions address those concerns?
A common concern is if they have to interact in a group setting. The only interaction is at the end of every session for giving real time feedback and that is optional.
